We initially correspond through letters. Then through
electronic mail, one of the marvels of the 21st century which is
all about quick responses and hurried words. Less attention to
form and more to substance. I enjoy receiving her messages just
as much as I enjoy sending them to her. A different writing style in unfamiliar
broken English differenciates her messages from the others in the
in-box. I naturally home in on mail bearing her name first, each
and every time.
There is a feeling of excitement every time I log on. I in turn carefully craft each message. Perhaps it was her exoticness, her foreigness that inspired me to devote more attention to detail and to explain what I was trying to say to her. Every line that I type on the keyboard made me feel so good it almost meant something.
